Job Description

What you will do:


Customer Complaints Handling:


  • Receive, log, and report complaints.
  • Validate quality incidents (LIRs) from a quality perspective.
  • Follow up on action plans with involved parties until resolution.
  • Share a monthly complaint log with the regional team.

ISO, JSMO, GSO, FSC, ESMA, ISEGA, and other regulatory standards:


  • Plan and execute internal audits for compliance with ISO and other internal standards.
  • Maintain and renew certifications annually with third-party auditors.
  • Prepare and conduct a yearly MRM (Management Review Meeting).
  • Manage documentation changes and controls.
  • Close all audit findings and ensure ongoing compliance.

Quality DDS & Quality Pillar:


  • Support the site’s quality master plan and priority list.
  • Own the FBQ RTT DMS and manage action plans with monthly scorecard reviews.
  • Co-own the weekly quality pillar meetings, following the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
  • Lead discussions and corrective actions for daily quality issues.
  • Review and update quality standards and success criteria.

Training & Qualification:


  • Develop and align a yearly training plan for the site, focusing on critical quality training.
  • Track training progress and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Train operators and technicians on quality standards and processes.

Quality Incident, Alerts, QBOS, and Health Check:


  • Record, track, and follow up on all quality incidents and alerts.
  • Improve incident reporting processes using electronic forms for easy tracking.
  • Propose and review a weekly quality health check calendar.

PPP QA Engineer and Management Representative:


  • Implement and continuously improve the quality management system.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare for external audits to maintain ISO 9001 certification.
  • Standardize management systems and procedures across all PPP functions.

What you will need:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in quality assurance activities.
  • Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
