Job Description
Overseeing
all technical support activities provided at organization including (Projects’ Control,
Budgeting, Planning & Procurement) in order to ensure the proper completion
of projects within deadlines and with the expected quality as per the
contractual agreements and dealing with any deviations in a professional
manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare Contractual Schedules and coordinate with clients prior issuance, and ensure compliance with Contracts & Company’s Standards, noting that the base line schedule shall be generated by site team in coordination with you.
- Prepare Monthly Progress reports, and ensure compliance with Contracts & Company’s Standards.
- Support in issuing Extension of Time Claims.
- Issue Monthly Executive reports (1 to 2 pages only) to Projects Director, describing Project Progress and comparing this with Baseline schedule of work (in terms if %), Highlight Area of Concerns, Provide advice and solutions for critical items and delays mitigation, Productivities, spent Manhours Vs. Earned, Actual Cash Flow vs. Earned, Request Management interference in crucial decisions.
- Coordinate with Cost Control to issue Cost Report, and analyze the actual cost versus budget allowances.
- Draft letters to Employers/Consultants as may be requested.
- Cover Procurement Activities as per the revised Flow Chart, namely with the Project Manager for Workmanship Agreements, Equipment Rental, and to ensure applying the Packaging Strategy by PM
- Follow up Procurement Dep. Performance
- Weekly Site Visits to sites, and coordination with PMs for weakness areas, and feedback to Projects Director
- Ensure that all contractual documents required to be submitted to Employer/Engineer are issued within the confined time limit, and in compliance with the Contracts requirements.
- Maintain updates on Projects Interim Payments, and ensure issuance on timely manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
