Job Description
The person taking on this role will be expected to
demonstrate a thorough understanding of the organization’s needs, business
objectives, delivery processes, and support product offerings for Healthcare IT
Projects.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving
sales and ensuring the overall customer satisfaction of the assigned account.
Job Responsibilities: Expand the company’s client
base. Establishing new and
maintaining existing relationships with customers and their contact data Managing and interpreting
customer requirements Prepare communications and
sales tools such as presentations, specialized reports, and links with
marketing for launch materials and initiatives. Also, maintain
monthly/quarterly updates of sales funnel opportunities to meet sales targets. Conducting scheduled meetings
with clients regarding feedback and business follow-ups Participating in pre-sales
activities related to presenting the technical capabilities of the company to
meet the client’s requirements Ensuring proper timing and
delivery of the order processing, participating in the review and outline of
orders with the supplier as per the standard quality level.Prepare quotations and proposals for the clients. Negotiating tender and
contract terms Negotiating and closing sales
by agreeing on terms and conditions and coordinating sales projects Offering after-sales support
services Analyzing costs and sales Supporting marketing by
attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events Coordinating with other

Skills and
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and experience in Healthcare or Engineering or IT
Field
Experience in Healthcare IT project management.
Fluent in English.
Practical experience in Information Technology
and Healthcare Business Excellent Communication skills Public Speaking and Presentation Skills Excellent in teamwork and can manage him/herself individually. The ability to build relationships with clients quickly Analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent Driving license with a car.
