Your Impact



The Product Manager will be reporting to the head of Product Management and is responsible for managing the lifecycle and strategy of assigned products within Eon Dental's portfolio. The Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

What You'll Do



Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives with overall company objectives and vision.
Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and deliverables.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces and experiences.
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, design, development, testing, and release.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features and functionalities to continuously improve product value.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Highly effective cross-functional team management.
Understanding of software development and product design.
Leadership and the ability to take initiative.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices is preferred.
Project management experience is preferred.
