Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Reporting directly to the Product Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of our product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth



Key Responsibilities


  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product features.
Product Development:
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SQL to track KPIs and measure success.
Customer Focus:
  • Engage with customers to understand their pain points, needs, and expectations.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth of the product team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications


·Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


·Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management


·Technical Skills:


oKnowledge with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


oProficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).


ounderstanding of software development processes and technologies.


·Soft Skills:


oStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


oExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.


oAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
