As a Product Manager at Tamatem, you will take the lead in driving the development, live
operations management and launch strategy of your game. You will be the bridge between
creative vision and technical execution, managing the development lifecycle from ideation to
post-launch optimization. Your expertise in product management, combined with a passion
for gaming, will ensure that each title delivers exceptional experiences to players while
achieving business objectives.
Your role within Tamatem
● Define and Drive Product Vision: Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish the
game’s vision, strategy, and business model, ensuring alignment with player
engagement and monetization goals.
● Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end game development
lifecycle, including pre-production planning, production sprints, and post-launch
iterations. Work closely with project managers to define sprint goals, manage
backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
● Agile Process Implementation: Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and
retrospectives to ensure effective execution of tasks, clear prioritization, and seamless
cross-team communication.
● Roadmap Creation and Execution: Develop and maintain a detailed product
roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals. Ensure
alignment with overall company objectives.
● Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with designers, developers, and analysts to define
and prioritize game features and improvements based on player feedback, market
trends, and performance metrics.
● Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor games,
and player preferences to position the game effectively in the market.
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as player
acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization to identify growth opportunities
and refine product strategies.
● Live Ops Management: Coordinate live operations, including in-game events,
updates, and content releases, ensuring a continuous stream of engaging
experiences for players.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central communication hub for all teams
involved in development, including design, engineering, marketing, and community
management.
● Post-Launch Optimization: Use player feedback and live services tools to identify
pain points, prioritize fixes, and implement updates that enhance the player
experience.
● Marketing Alignment: Ensure clear go-to-market strategies alongside the marketing
team, leading creative messaging and execution brainstorming initiatives as needed.
● Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and onboard team members to your game’s cell,
fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment across departments. Cells
