Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless product development and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies in an Agile environment.
  • Utilize Agile tools like Jira to manage product backlogs, sprints, and project progress effectively.
  • Write clear and concise user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and clarity for developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine product offerings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product rollouts.
  • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, maintaining clarity in written documentation and verbal communication.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to create detailed user stories and product documentation.
  • Excellent research skills with experience in performing competitive market analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
