We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in streamlining supply chain operations, fostering strong vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient procurement processes all within a fast-paced and innovative environment that values growth and learning!

Main Responsibility:



Receive and approve supply requests for all goods and services for the group's factories, submitted by warehouses, production managers, or the maintenance department via software or email. Conduct procurement processes by soliciting quotations, obtaining the best offers, studying and evaluating them in terms of quality, delivery timelines, and prices, and preparing reports and recommendations for decision-making. Review offers and select appropriate suppliers. Prepare price comparison tables and follow up on their approval by authorized personnel. Issue purchase orders for materials, equipment, spare parts, or services from suppliers, and coordinate with the finance department to settle payments and monitor all related procedures to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays. Monitor the supply of materials and obtain the necessary documents to complete the receipt process. Follow up on shipment schedules and arrival of goods. Ensure monthly receipt of account statements from suppliers to facilitate timely settlements. Update follow-up reports on the status of purchase requests or orders, and professionally arrange and archive files, including contracts, commitments, and balances. Build a strong supplier network, organize relationships with them, and establish procedures for evaluating and classifying suppliers. Supervise their approval and continuously search for suitable suppliers in local markets. Maintain and organize all related information, including their policies, quality systems, and pricing, as well as payment and delivery terms. Strengthen and organize public relations with approved suppliers to ensure the continued acquisition of the best services and offers.

Administrative Tasks:



Submit all required periodic or requested reports to the direct supervisor. Adhere to the company's work instructions, policies, and internal regulations. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor that fall within the scope of the job.

Qualifications



Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering, Logistics or any related field.

Experience:



Fresh graduate.
Skills and Competencies:
Communication skills. Proficient in English with very good verbal and written communication skills. Administrative and organizational skills. Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure.* Proficiency in computer skills.
