Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Officer at Aspire, you will work closely with the business development team to identify client needs and recommend tailored digital service solutions. Your role involves managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders. You will create customized digital transformation strategies, lead client meetings and presentations, and respond to RFPs and tenders with compelling technical and business documentation.



What you’ll do

Work with the business development team to identify client needs and recommend digital solutions.
Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Develop customized digital transformation strategies that consider best practices and emerging trends.
Prepare and present solution proposals, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and case studies.
Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with compelling technical and business documentation.
Conduct client meetings and presentations on the web, mobile, AI-driven services, and consulting offerings.
Understand customer pain points and translate them into viable digital service solutions.
Stay up to date on trends in digital transformation, AI, automation, cloud computing, and customer experience.
What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role within the digital services space.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Expertise in digital transformation strategies, web and mobile solutions, AI-driven services, and customer experience technologies.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends, with the ability to position services effectively in the market.
Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and responding to RFPs and tenders.
Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar
