Planning Officer

Mission/Core of Purpose of the Job:

Provide the Planning Manager with support and be responsible for daily planning activities which include Keeping up to date with local plans and updates in order to ensure a project runs on schedule.

Core, Essential Responsibilities:

• Task assignment and monitoring for the subordinates (production/project) team.
• Preparation of contents for technical reports, including narratives, calculations and illustrations.
• Managing Information Exchange to optimize the production line within his project.
• Providing support on the preparation and edition of files as contracts and reports or other technical documents.
• Preparing or support in preparation of technical reports at project level, relevant to his field of play(discipline/trade).
• Analyzing and Reviewing  technical information.
• Monitoring and assessment of the performance of projects, including time, quality and money.
• Creation of templates project or organization-based.
• Leading, overlooking and combining production of reports at organization and project's levels, including validation  and issuance of internal progress reports.
• Planning for projects / tasks as requested for Line manager
• Any other task assigned by the Line Manager

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

- Mandatory: BSc Engineering / Industrial Engineering
