Job Description

Mission/Core of Purpose of the Job: 


Administrates within its project environment the production, implementation, and exchange of controlling documents, such as schedules, lists, tasks, and registers. A focal point for communication of non-technical subjects.  


Core, Essential Responsibilities:


  • Create submission plans for all projects.
  • Develop project workplan and maintain optimal workflow.
  • Report daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly planned progress / target revenue for all active projects.
  • Cross check the achieved progress / revenue along with the planned progress / revenue on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Create and update yearly target plan
  • Create manpower distribution plan for all the resources to ensure the delivery of the projects as planned.
  • Task assignment and monitoring for the subordinates (production/project) team.
  • Preparation of contents for technical reports, including narratives, calculations, and illustrations
  • Manage Information Exchange to optimize the production line within the same project and the other projects.
  • Support on the preparation and edition of files as contracts and reports or other technical documents.
  • Preparation or support to prepare technical reports at project level and organization level.
  • Analysis and Review of technical information.
  • Monitoring and assessment of the performance of projects, including time, quality and money.
  • Lead, overlook and combine production of reports at organization and project's levels, including validation and issuance of internal progress reports.
  • Leading estimation team to provide the best price based on the current and expected benchmarks.

Minimum Requirements:


Education:


- Mandatory: BSc in Mechanical/ Arch/ Civil or Electrical Engineering.


- Project Management Certificate (preferable)
- Recommended: MSc


Required number years of Experience:


8y -12y 


Training:


MS Office Suite, MS Project, Engineering and BIM tools required for the project
