Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Piano Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality music education to students of all ages and skill levels. The Piano Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and helping students develop their musical abilities.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' skill levels and musical goals
- Teach students how to read music, play scales, and perform various musical pieces on the piano
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and musicality
- Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and other performances
- Stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and music education trends
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians about their progress and practice goals
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Piano Teacher or similar role
- Proficiency in playing the piano and teaching music theory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- A Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field is preferred
- Certification from a recognized music academy or institution is a plus
