We are "Ebel Group", a company specialized in building and managing food & beverage brands, based in Amman, Jordan.
Among the brands operated by Ebel Group:
- Mazmez: A fast-food restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Amman, offering fresh and relatable street-style meals.
- The Pastry (البيستري): A creative brand specializing in artisanal baked goods and innovative pastries.
- Looty: A gifting-focused brand that blends premium Western-style desserts with personalized, memorable gifting experiences.
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to contribute on-site to the daily management of operations across branches and the central kitchen, ensuring the implementation of daily standards and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operations are executed properly, including preparation, delivery, cleaning, setup, and order handling.
- Monitor the performance of the operations team across branches, delivery, and the central kitchen.
- Ensure all daily operational instructions and health standards are strictly applied.
- Follow up on stock levels and report any shortages or missing items.
- Submit daily and weekly reports covering production, issues, and observations.
- Train new staff members on company policies and operational procedures.
- Respond immediately to any operational emergencies in branches or production areas.

- Willingness to be present across multiple locations, especially in branches or the central kitchen.

- Ability to prepare accurate and timely daily/weekly operational reports.

- Capable of onboarding and coaching new team members on SOPs and best practices.
Basic Tech Proficiency
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, POS systems, or task tracking apps (Notion) is a plus.
