Job Description

  • Provide a 5-day updated & refined operating plan in coordination with commercial, Engineering, and other departments.
  • Ensure A/C movement plan embraces the latest planned & unplanned changes of flights status during the 5-day control period of OCC and prior distribution to the system.
  • Initiate necessary operational and commercial assessment to the operating plan and carry out all related changes in coordination with OCC Management to control cost & sustain schedule stability.
  • Update Fleet Watch during morning shifts & report any discrepancies and deviations to OCC Management whenever occurred.
  • Update seasonal RJ Schedules & incorporate same in OCC applicable systems.
  • Exercise full control on variable cost through consistent coordination with Revenue Management & Commercial departments.
  • Update Fleet Watch system in coordination with OCC Duty Manager whenever various changes occur.
  • Provide all operational & logistical support for all Ad-hoc flights to a non-regular station.
  • Advise reservation in Amman and Area Managers at out- stations in advance about revised ETA & ETD of delayed & specific flights.
  • Maintain station information and data updates to OCC systems and process.
