Job Description

Noorart, an international company specializing in publishing and distributing educational materials, is currently seeking to hire a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Customer Service Representative (Female) to join our team in Amman, Jordan. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting staff, as well as handling office supplies, communications, and providing essential support to maintain a productive work environment. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, process orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Office Administrator Responsibilities:


Administrative Management:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Manage calendars and ensure all schedules are up-to-date.

Office Supplies and Equipment:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure all office equipment is well-maintained and arrange for repairs when needed.

Communication:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Draft and distribute memos, emails, and other documents.

Support Services:

  • Provide administrative support to staff and management.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.


Customer Service Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.

Order Processing:

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy in order entry and follow-up.

Issue Resolution:

  • Resolve customer issues
