Job Description
The Motion Designer is responsible for ideating, and creating engaging video ads that effectively promote our games to our target audience across various ad networks. Your expertise in motion design, animation, graphic design, and AI-generated art will be instrumental in driving our marketing campaigns and enhancing our brand presence.
The ideal candidate should be a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of visual aesthetics, trends, and experience working with various multimedia software and tools.
What You Will Do:
- Develop high-quality motion graphics and video editing for user acquisition campaigns, app store assets, social media content, and other marketing materials.
- Plan, shoot, and produce UGC-style video ads by incorporating live-action elements with animated gameplay.
- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of assets that meet quality standards and campaign goals.
- Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and conceptualizing creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and apply insights to enhance engagement and user acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' advertising creative strategies, and messaging to gain insights and stay ahead of the competition.
- Utilize AI-generated art tools to create consistent and innovative visual content, enhancing the efficiency and creativity of marketing assets.
- Continuously improve creative ideation and production skill sets to push the boundaries of mobile game advertising.
