We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Microsoft Security Solutions Specialist (SSP) to join our team. As an SSP, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Microsoft’s comprehensive security solutions by engaging with customers, understanding their security needs, and demonstrating how Microsoft’s security portfolio can effectively address those needs. You will play a crucial role in helping customers secure their digital transformation by advocating for Microsoft’s security technologies and solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their security challenges, pain points, and requirements. Conduct thorough assessments of their current security landscape. Helping the customer is writing RFP and RFI.
  • Competitive Edge: Engaging with the customer to provide him with Microsoft Security Solution competitive edge over the existing or other competitor products and show them the overall Value of Microsoft Security Solution.
  • Solution Selling: Position Microsoft’s security solutions as the best-in-class choice by articulating their value, demonstrating product capabilities, and addressing customer concerns. Guide customers through the decision-making process to drive adoption.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft’s security products and services. Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including account managers, technical specialists, Architects, and product teams, to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure successful implementation of security solutions.
  • Workshops & Presentations: Lead technical workshops, demos, and presentations to educate customers on Microsoft’s security offerings. Tailor content to address the specific needs and concerns of different stakeholders. Preparing Technical Proposals to the customers
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations. Act as a trusted advisor for their security journey.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and report on a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up to close deals.
  • Customer Success: Support customers post-implementation to ensure they achieve the desired security outcomes. Provide ongoing guidance and support as needed.
