Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandising eCommerce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the online shopping experience, driving product visibility, and maximizing sales performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate and manage our digital storefront, ensuring that products are strategically presented to meet customer needs and align with business goals



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Product Management:
  • Oversee the online product catalog, including uploading and updating product details, descriptions, and images.
  • Ensure accurate categorization and tagging to improve product discover ability.
  • Manage product availability and monitor stock levels in collaboration with the inventory team.
Content Optimization:
  • Create and optimize product listings to align with SEO best practices and enhance search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure compelling product images.
  • Ensure all product descriptions, terms and conditions, and how to use instructions are accurately and clearly presented on the website and app.
Merchandising Strategy:
  • Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market data to recommend assortment adjustments.
  • Monitor competitors to ensure competitive pricing and product positioning.
Campaign Execution:
  • Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and sales events.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to evaluate merchandising effectiveness.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to improve user experience and sales


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
