Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandising eCommerce
Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in
enhancing the online shopping experience, driving product visibility, and
maximizing sales performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams
to curate and manage our digital storefront, ensuring that products are
strategically presented to meet customer needs and align with business goals
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Oversee the online product catalog, including uploading and updating product details, descriptions, and images.
Ensure accurate categorization and tagging to improve product discover ability.
Manage product availability and monitor stock levels in collaboration with the inventory team.
Content Optimization:
Create and optimize product listings to align with SEO best practices and enhance search engine visibility.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure compelling product images.
Ensure all product descriptions, terms and conditions, and how to use instructions are accurately and clearly presented on the website and app.
Merchandising Strategy:
Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.
Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market data to recommend assortment adjustments.
Monitor competitors to ensure competitive pricing and product positioning.
Campaign Execution:
Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and sales events.
Track campaign performance and recommend adjustments to optimize results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to evaluate merchandising effectiveness.
Provide regular performance reports and
actionable insights to improve user experience and sales
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising or a similar role.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
