Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Technology company in Jordan. Our client is seeking a Medical Sales Representative who will drive sales of Indian-manufactured pharmaceuticals and medical devices in Jordan, building relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and hospitals. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating the smooth delivery of products from India to Jordan.
- Sales & Business Development:
Promote Indian pharmaceuticals and medical devices to Jordanian healthcare providers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Market Research & Product Knowledge:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide product training to healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure products comply with Jordanian Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) standards.
Manage import documentation and registration processes.
- Distributor & Partner Management:
Work closely with local distributors for smooth product supply and delivery.
Requirements- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
3-5 years in pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales, with a focus on international markets.
- Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
