Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote our diapers product line to healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical community.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about the benefits and features of our diapers.
  • Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent our brand effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales or as a medical representative; experience with baby care products is a plus!
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for improving health outcomes for infants and families.
