Medical Sales Representative

The Position


As a Medical Representative, you will be representing the organization and promoting our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions. Furthermore, you will be developing and implementing sales strategies to reach potential customers and manage existing customer relationships.


Your main accountabilities will be:


  • Conduct sales activities, including visiting customers, assessing their needs, suggesting appropriate products and services, and negotiating sales orders
  • Identify and research prospective customers, build positive relationships, and generate future sales and repeat business
  • Facilitate the order process among pharmacies, warehouses, and distributor
  • Participate in conferences held locally for the benefit of the product
  • Report of customer complaints and adverse events according to Novo Nordisk procedure

Qualifications


As a Medical Representative, you need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Moreover, you need to be a strong team player, innovative and initiative, demonstrate proactive thinking, be Self-motivated and target-driven, and have effective time management skills,


To be successful in this role:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is a must.
  • Minimum 6 to 9 months of experience as a Medical Representative within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • Experience in the Obesity market will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • A valid driving license is a must

The Medical Representative role is part of our sales team in Jordan. Our department is responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and public institutions. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions. Join our team and contribute to our mission of defeating serious chronic diseases.
