Job Description

Job Purpose :


As a Marketing Strategy Analyst at Tarjama&, you will work directly with the VP of Marketing to drive growth initiatives and marketing strategy. This dynamic role combines strategic planning, marketing analytics, and business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making and market expansion.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Strategic Marketing & Collaboration:


  • Support the VP of Marketing in developing and executing marketing and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy and performance analysis
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI tracking systems using BI tools
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Generate regular reports on key business metrics and marketing performance

Market Research & Trend Analysis :


  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape

Financial Forecasting & Customer Insights :


  • Create and analyze customer segmentation, acquisition metrics, and retention data
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models and growth projections
  • Support budget planning and ROI analysis for marketing initiatives

Education, Experience & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
