Job Description

  • Moderate messages and inquiries across social media platforms.
  • Process leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Plan, schedule, and post engaging content on social media.
  • Maintain a calendar of posts and select creative, visually appealing content.
  • Send newsletters, emails, and updates to audiences.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and third parties to coordinate event logistics.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events.
  • Take on responsibilities during events to ensure smooth operations.


Skills

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email campaigns, and content creation).
  • Has a good eye for selecting good design, pictures, content
  • Knowledge to assist with event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • A genuine love for music, with a preference for who have attended music festivals or live events.
  • experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
