Data Collection & Management: Gather and organize data from various sources , ensuring data relevancy and accuracy.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support informed business decisions through reporting to communicate findings.
Data Visualization: Create data visualizations to help simplify complex data and make it accessible to non-technical team members.
Process Improvement: Recommend ways to improve quality of collected data and analysis processes in addition to building own reports for enhanced decision making
Projects follow up: Recommending project implementation and post implementation follow up and reporting
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to understand market needs and deliver actionable insights.
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related business field
Experience: Preferably1-3 years of experience in a data analyst role or similar position.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot trends and inconsistencies.
Excellent communication skills to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
