Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician located in Madaba, with transportation provided to and from Zarqa. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facilities. Your responsibilities will include performing corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and production lines, reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. You will collaborate closely with your supervisor and other team members to ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and maintain overall efficiency.

Additional roles and responsibilities: Monitor the department's needs for supplies and tools, and prepare a list of necessary spare parts for inspections, repairs, or replacements. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams according to specifications. Execute all corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, production lines, and facilities as instructed by the direct supervisor. Install, connect, and operate machine switches and machinery as needed per supervisor's instructions. Execute all wall, ceiling, and floor drilling operations, and prepare and fix necessary pipes, channels, connection boxes, and switch boxes. Document all maintenance work performed, including the cause of the fault, repair time, machine name, and parts used. Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are kept in good condition and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on them. Adhere to factory work instructions and regulations. Comply with quality system procedures and understand the required product quality specifications.

Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, or a Vocational Training Certificate.

Practical Requirements/Previous Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in maintenance within the industrial sector.
