Role and responsibilities
The primary purpose of a logistics officer is to provide support for the logistics operations of both the Gaza Area Office and the Palestine hub in Jordan. The Officer will also manage communications with the Logistics Cluster and JHCO for operation on the Jordan Corridor. This position will oversee administrative tasks required for Jordan corridor operations. (e.g., submission of pre-clearance requests, custom clearance documents, and Service Request forms for LC). In addition, this role oversees some procurement tasks, asset issuance, and transfer from the Amman sub-office to the Gaza Area Office and Jerusalem CO.
