A leading company specializing in high-quality cosmetics and personal care products, and has a vision to expand worldwide, invites applicants for the following position: Logistics and Administrative Officer, Ref # 237.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as a link between different departments within an organization.
- Managing and coordinating administrative tasks for efficient operation of a business.
- Planning and arranging meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Ensuring adherence to business policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
- Arrange purchasing duties (searching for Raw Material, new supplier, arranging Raw Material inquiries from already approved suppliers, check for COAs for Raw Materials ….)
- Logistics duties (shipping dates and any related issues upon which operation planning will depend, any needed arrangements with authorities…)
- Arranging with warehouse for dealing with Raw Materials and warehouse performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in chemical industries or related field).
Same industry experience is a plus
