Position overview Join our dynamic Autodesk License Compliance Team as a
License Compliance Analyst where we help ensure compliance to Autodesk's Terms of Use. You will report to the Global Compliance Insights Manager, you'll blend technical expertise with data interpretation skills to analyze customer data, identify compliance issues, and recommend solutions. You will collaborate with teams including sales, analytics, technical, and legal departments, contribute to process improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to the Autodesk Global License Compliance organization.
We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to our Barcelona office you are welcome to work there some or all of the time , we have regular meetings in the office and would wish you to join your team at that time.
Responsibilities
Understand industry practices related to software modification, investigate noncompliance, and conduct in-depth analysis of audit/inventory data using several database tools
Use Autodesk reporting tools such as Power BI to interpret findings, assign compliance resolution values, and collaborate with Sales partners and customers on summarizing audit findings
Recommend changes to enhance analysis efficiency, provide procedural change recommendations, and work globally with analysts and managers
Be a trusted advisor, trainer, and consultant for Autodesk Global License Compliance, staying informed on policy changes and explaining impacts to partners
Be the central POC for audit-related queries, generate periodic reports to support License Compliance management, and simplify findings for customers and internal partners while adhering to audit rules
Lead training sessions for analysts and partners on new guidelines and participate in 1:1 and team training sessions for skill development
Provide guidance on the interpretation of Terms of Use for external and internal parties
Minimum requirements
You are collaborative and accountable
You have IT skills, including Asset Management Tools, SQL queries, and Power BI
Proficiency in English
3 years of relevant professional experience
