Aumet is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law and litigation, with 2-3 years of experience in the legal field. As a Legal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on commercial law and litigation matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations. Handle legal disputes and manage litigation processes. Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal support on various projects. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments. Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies and policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in commercial law and litigation. Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and litigation procedures. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
