Your Opportunity: We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Qualification Specialist to ensure high-quality leads are passed on to our sales team.
Your Top Responsibilities: - Contact and address all assigned marketing leads promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure consistent communication with all marketing leads across different channels.
- Evaluate and score inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Manage and update lead data in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to buy ensuring they stay engaged with the company.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve qualification processes.
- Follow up with leads to gather any missing information or clarify their needs.
- Analyze lead conversion rates, and meeting bookings, and provide feedback for optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Document lead qualification processes and best practices.
What We Expect from You: - Proven experience in lead qualification, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A results-driven mindset and passion for supporting sales growth.
