Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to support our business growth by identifying and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential customers, developing outreach strategies, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Research and Prospecting:


    • Identify and qualify leads through online research, databases, social media platforms, and industry networks.
    • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Outreach and Engagement:


    • Initiate contact with potential leads through email campaigns, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
    • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups to move them through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos.
  • Campaign Support and Optimization:


    • Assist in developing lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and events.
    • Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM reports.
    • Provide feedback to marketing teams to improve targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Data Management and Reporting:


    • Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
    • Generate reports on lead conversion, pipeline status, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Analyze lead generation performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in generating B2B or B2C leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize KPIs.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms.
