JOB PURPOSE The Junior Stock Management Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for conducting transactional stock management activities to provide an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, process and fulfill requests to ensure their timely and accurate processing in alignment with established business needs. Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by adhering to internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests. Review and validate all stock management transactions, providing necessary assistance and tracking pending transactions to maintain current stock levels. Execute transactions following specified protocols to ensure accurate and punctual recording, addressing any discrepancies by liaising with relevant parties for resolution.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency Fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
A concentration in Finance, or Accounting is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
Zero to one years of experience in Inventory, LP or a similar role.
