Job Description

As a Junior Corporate Communication and CSR Officer, you will assist in executing public relations activities to communicate the bank's message effectively to internal and external audiences. You will contribute to establishing communication programs that support and enhance JKB’s mission, vision, values, and strategy. Your role involves analyzing information to draft articles, press releases, speeches, and other internal and external communications, including sections of the annual report, as directed by senior team members. You will serve as a liaison with PR agencies, news outlets, and event organizers to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

Main Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Support the development of policies related to the bank’s ethical and environmental responsibilities.
2. Gather and summarize information to assist in drafting website content and other straightforward materials.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance in all tasks, obtaining necessary approvals for exceptions.
4. Provide input for campaign planning.
5. Assist in ensuring the bank positively impacts local communities and the environment.
6. Help raise public awareness of the bank’s CSR commitments through media channels.
7. Foster partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups to support CSR initiatives.
8. Organize CSR events and initiatives for the bank’s employees.
9. Prepare reports on CSR activities for senior management.
10. Draft content such as website materials, press releases, and marketing materials to communicate the bank’s message to the public.

Educational Background and Skills :

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism.
2. Passion for corporate social responsibility and strong communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with an adaptive mindset.
4. Excellent presentation and writing skills, including proficiency in English spelling and grammar.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
7. Basic event planning experience.
