JOB PURPOSE




The Junior Accounting Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for performing transactional accounting tasks aimed at providing an efficient and effective end-to-end service for the group.





RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Carry out transactions promptly and accurately in accordance with established procedures.



  • Conduct necessary reconciliations as delegated by senior staff to validate the accuracy of financial information.



  • Maintain high control standards by promptly reporting significant issues and areas of non-compliance to the appropriate hierarchy and promptly addressing these concerns.



  • Reply to emails, calls, and inquiries promptly.





LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS




Language Skills



  • Fluency in English.



  • Fluency in French is a plus.



Technical Skills



  • Proficiency in MS Office.





EDUCATION




Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.





EXPERIENCE




Zero to one years of experience is a similar role.
