Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
Reconcile Customs GLs for both product Exp and Freight. Booking payment entries for customs. Booking AP entries for customs. Reconcile the AP customs account. Make clearing entries. Following on pending cases such as shipments paid not invoiced, duplicate payments, and variances. Following on not invoiced cases with the station and concerned team. made the final reconciliation after month closure and send the summary to management.
Bachelor of Accounting. Fresh graduate up to 1-year Experience. Excellent command in Microsoft office. Excellent command in English. Team Player.
