Aramex is offering a in : Senior HR Executive.
Duties & responsibilities
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Address employee concerns and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Ability to mediate disputes and to conduct internal hearings and ensure alignment with internal by laws and proper corrective measures are in place and ensuring a positive workplace environment. Ensure that the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, Human Resources and company policies in effect. Coordinating training programs and professional development opportunities for employees. Ensure quarterly and annual employee performance reviews are completed against set KPIs. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities. Administer compensation and benefit plans following guidance of global C&B team and policies in place.
2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. SAP/Success Factors) will be a plus Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field Additional HR training will be a plus
