Duties & responsibilities

Attend to all walk-in customers’ needs promptly. Serve walk-in customers and provide full information and advice. Manage and meet customer expectations. Sustain high customer satisfactory service lever. Provide excellent customer service for cash clients as per Aramex CS standards. Attending to cash customers and fulfil their requirements, solve their problem, follow up their cases and update them. Promote Aramex campaigns for customers. Collaborate with the team of achieve the team objectives. Ensure outlet customer satisfaction at all time. Ensure timely resolution of customer complain to retain customers.
Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant working experience as driver, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry.
