Job Title: IT Support & Maintenance Engineer.
Location: Amman – Jordan
Job Type: Full Time/On-site.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks internally and at client sites. Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and system issues for clients during on-site visits. Configure servers and firewalls to ensure secure and efficient operation. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance tasks and technical support activities. Improve system performance by identifying potential upgrades and offering recommendations. Manage the inventory of IT and networking hardware to ensure availability. Stick to health and safety standards during maintenance operations. Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in IT support and maintenance roles. Strong knowledge and skills in: + Computing and networking
+ Server setup and configuration
+ Firewall installation and management
Familiarity with maintenance management tools is preferred. Ability to travel and work on-site at client locations. Proficiency in both Arabic and English. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
