Job Description

The IT & Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing CTC’s technology infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives. This role includes managing local networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and email systems. The ideal candidate will also spearhead the integration of smart applications and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business processes.


Key Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure Management:
  • Oversee and maintain the company’s local network, servers, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and other cloud services to optimize collaboration and data management.
  • Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
2. ERP & Enterprise Applications:
  • Manage the technical implementation and maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other business applications.
  • Train employees on ERP functionalities and resolve system-related issues.
3. E-Commerce & Digital Platforms:
  • Oversee the technical aspects of CTC’s B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement and optimize digital payment gateways and logistics integration.
  • Enhance the user experience, security, and performance of online sales channels.
4. AI & Smart Application Integration:
  • Research and implement AI-driven solutions to improve business operations.
  • Introduce automation tools for customer service, sales analytics, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and integrate smart applications that can enhance supply chain management, marketing analytics, and sales forecasting.
5. Cybersecurity & Data Protection:
  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect company data.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
6. IT Support & Training:
  • Provide technical support to all departments.
  • Train employees on IT tools, security best practices, and new system implementations.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
7. Digital Transformation Strategy:
  • Align IT strategy with business objectives to drive digital transformation.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies that offer a competitive advantage.
  • Support cross-functional teams in adopting digital tools and optimizing workflows.
