Investment Consulting Analyst

We will count on you to:



Assist in the preparation of investment-related materials for Mercer clients, including investment analysis, commentary, performance reviews, and advice, all delivered to a high standard within tight deadlines. Play a key role in asset allocation studies, portfolio construction reviews, and other investment-related projects. Utilize Mercer’s proprietary tools to analyze asset classes and investment strategies and managers, while evaluating the results of this analysis. Communicate with investment managers, record keepers, and custodians to gather or clarify client-specific data. Support investment consultants in servicing existing clients and prospects.

What you need to have:



Minimum bachelor’s preferably Master degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Recent graduation (or about to graduate) or 1-3 years of experience in banking or investment. Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to develop new skills.
