We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading insurance company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and procedures across the company.
- Design and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.
- Assess training needs and develop, implement, and monitor effective training programs.
- Create and maintain a workable succession plan for all key positions.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR management practices.
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
- Foster a positive working environment and resolve employee relations issues.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience as an HR Manager in a public shareholding company.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, social security, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
