Job Opportunity: Human Resources Coordinator Location: Abdali Boulevard, Amman Hotel: An Upcoming IHG Hotel Be part of an exciting journey at a prestigious upcoming IHG hotel in Abdali Boulevard, Amman. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator supporting the HR function to ensure smooth operations in line with the hotel’s goals and the IHG brand standards. You will contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, training, and overall employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment for all team members. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage hiring processes, contracts, and new employee induction. 2. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, promote engagement, and resolve conflicts. 3. Training and Development: Coordinate and monitor training programs to meet standards. 4. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and track attendance and performance. 5. Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is Required .
