Description
: Main Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
Manage the recruitment process, including developing selection criteria, conducting interviews, and attracting suitable talent.
Identify the staffing needs of each branch and appoint the right competencies.
2. Human Resources System (Employees, Development & Training, Salaries, Employee Evaluation, Recruitment, Working Hours)
Manage employee salaries and maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee matters related to social security, labor law, permits, health certificates, etc.
3. Training and Development
Evaluate training programs and work on improving the training process.
Assess the effectiveness of training and its impact on employee performance.
4. Benefits and Compensation
Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues and promoting a positive work environment.
Ensure the application of company policies regarding benefits and compensation.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly system reports and take necessary actions
