- Description: Main Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Manage the recruitment process, including developing selection criteria, conducting interviews, and attracting suitable talent.
- Identify the staffing needs of each branch and appoint the right competencies.
2. Human Resources System (Employees, Development & Training, Salaries, Employee Evaluation, Recruitment, Working Hours)
- Manage employee salaries and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee matters related to social security, labor law, permits, health certificates, etc.
3. Training and Development
- Evaluate training programs and work on improving the training process.
- Assess the effectiveness of training and its impact on employee performance.
4. Benefits and Compensation
- Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure the application of company policies regarding benefits and compensation.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly system reports and take necessary actions
