Job Description

Oversee the review, update, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop and tailor localized guidelines to address the specific needs of the workforce while maintaining consistency with overarching corporate policies. Monitor compliance efforts, provide training as necessary, and regularly assess the effectiveness of policies to make improvements as needed.


In addition, this role will support data-driven decision-making and provide valuable insights to the HR function, through proper collection, analysis and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and initiatives.


  • Oversee the review, update, and implementation of HR policies and procedures:


  1. HR Policies and procedures development, revision, and implementation:


  • Review existing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines regularly to ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational goals.


  • Draft, update, and implement new HR policies as needed, incorporating best practices and feedback from management and employees.


  • Maintain a comprehensive and accessible database of HR policies and ensure proper documentation of changes.


  1. Compliance and Legal Alignment


  • Monitor changes in labor laws and employment regulations to ensure all HR policies remain compliant.


  • Conduct periodic audits to assess adherence to legal and organizational standards.


  1. Communication and Training


  • Educate employees and management on updated policies and procedures through training sessions, presentations, and written communications.


  • Serve as a point of contact for policy-related queries and provide clear explanations to employees.


  1. Monitoring and Implementation


  • Oversee the consistent implementation of HR policies across all departments.


  • Collaborate with managers and team leaders to address policy compliance issues and resolve discrepancies.


  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures through feedback, audits, and performance evaluations.


  1. Data Analysis and Reporting


  • Analyze HR metrics to evaluate the impact of policies and procedures on employee performance and satisfaction.


  • Prepare detailed reports on policy compliance and recommend improvements to senior management.


  1. Continuous Improvement


  • Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify gaps or inefficiencies in current policies.


  • Stay informed on HR trends and innovations to recommend enhancements to existing procedures.


  1. Team Supervision and Collaboration


  • Guide and mentor HR team members in understanding and enforcing policies.


  • Work closely with other departments to ensure HR policies align with organizational objectives


  • HR Data Analytics:


  • Manage the collection and analysis of HR data, using it to inform decision-making and project adjustments.


  • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)


  • Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.


  • Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support HR initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities.


  • Recommend improvements to existing HR systems or tools based on user feedback and data analytics.



  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in project management or HR planning roles and HR analytics


  • Strong knowledge of HR concepts, processes and workflows.


  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.


  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, and Visio.


  • Experience with HRIS systems, and managing digital platforms (e.g., Power BI).


  • Data analytics skills to create reports and insights for senior management.


  • Outstanding Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Influencing, Conflict management, and Detail orientation
