Description:
Manages, directs, and monitors the overall activities of the HR to ensure the proper performance of the HR & administrative services in the company.
Responsible for developing the overall HR services’ policies and procedures and recommending any changes & supervising their implementation.
Prepares and follows budgets for personnel operations (as recruiting, training, and expenses,)
HR Process Mapping and accordingly re-engineering HR Policies aligned with Business perspective keeping organization’s MISSION, VISION & CORE VALUES.
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants, by developing, administering, evaluating applicant tests and allocating human resources.
Designing and rolling out Annual Performance Appraisal System across the organization, implementing state-of-the-art Performance Appraisal Template across functions and geographic locations.
Conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and driving employee engagement and retention strategies & programs.
Developing and delivering Training Programs in a variety of subject areas, including but not programs, management skills, and leadership skills limited to, people skills, professional skills, business skills, Behavior and Communication skills.
Mapping Training Need Analysis (TNA) and accordingly conducting annual behavioral and Functional Training Programs for all available functionalities in consultation with Business Leaders.
