Job Description

Noorart, an international leader in educational publishing, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager/Specialist to drive key HR functions, enhance workplace policies, and support organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, refine, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Optimize budget, resource allocation, and overall HR functionality.
  • Manage employee data for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Organize professional development and training sessions.
  • Oversee performance management, including KPIs and staff evaluations.

  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Ability to attract, assess, and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Strong conflict resolution, communication, and engagement skills.
