Tasks & Responsibilities:


User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software


issues promptly and effectively. Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access-related inquiries. Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within established service level agreements.


System Administration: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and system backups. Assist in the administration and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network equipment.


Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and


other hardware components. Install and maintain software applications, ensuring proper licensing and compliance.


Monitoring: Oversee system performance to ensure the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly Check lists and tasks).


Network Support: Provide first-level support to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in their resolution. Collaborate with the network team to implement and maintain network security measures.


Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for end user basic configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Create user guides and training materials for common IT tasks.


Security and Compliance: Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.


Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues and projects. Provide training to end-users on IT best practices and tools.
