Guest Relations Manager
Job Description
The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest relations for Ayla's homeowners, outside guests, and visitors.
This role ensures that the service center follows up on all homeowner requests, coordinating with the Technical Operations Department, Facility Department, and ICT Department to provide seamless and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. High level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
