King Hussein Cancer Center is seeking to hire the following vacancy:
Functional Team Lead
Responsibilities:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Providing development of service analytics, reporting and dashboard solutions. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Training, leading and mentoring technical staff and staff involved in project management. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior/seniors staff. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Process developing and documentations Performs and documents procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, standardization and analysis. Performing user acceptance testing. Working with departments co-workers to understand objectives in the area of work, develop a plan on how to provide high standard, and develop shared accountability for implementing and evaluating the plan. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual data reports for distribution and prepare AD-hoc reports. Follow up the SLA’s agreements with the different vendors and provide a periodically SLA status report Setting, developing and follow up KPIs Performs any other related duties as required by the direct supervisor This job may require working variable shift hours as determined by the department's needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience. Minimum 3years work experience in Healthcare and ERP analysis management with the following predicative modeling, medical quality, performance assessment, outcomes metrics and/or benchmarking. Knowledge of database, software, spreadsheets and word processing and presentations.
