Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Office - Front Desk Manager to oversee the reception area of our establishment and ensure that clients and visitors receive a warm welcome and efficient service.

Job Responsibility:
1. Manage the front desk operations including handling phone calls, directing visitors, and responding to inquiries.
2. Supervise the front office staff and provide training and support as needed.
3. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
4. Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
